These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Muvio Web (the web-based version of Muvio) and any related services, websites, AI tools, content generation services, and legal relationships with the Owner in a legally binding way.
The User must read this document carefully before using the Service.
TUNESPHERE SG PTE. LTD. is the legal entity operating the Service, specifically the web-based version of Muvio ("Muvio Web" or "Web Version").

The Service includes the web application, AI-powered generation tools, music and video generation features, subscriptions, and related functionality accessible via web browsers. Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Owner may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of the Service at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Muvio Web provides AI-powered tools capable of generating music, videos, images, lyrics, voices, text, and related content based on User inputs. Users acknowledge and agree that:

Muvio Web PRO subscribers may use generated Songs and Music Videos commercially during an active subscription period, subject to compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. Free users may use generated content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Users retain ownership of original materials they upload, including lyrics, images, audio, prompts, or other source materials. The Owner does not provide copyright registration, copyright enforcement, or legal protection services for AI-generated outputs.

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the web-based version of Muvio ("Muvio Web" or "Web Version"). The Service may also have separate mobile applications, but this agreement does not govern the use of those applications. The Web Version may provide access to subscriptions, premium features, digital services, AI generation credits, or other paid functionality.
Payments made through the Web Version are securely processed by third-party payment providers. To offer flexible and secure checkout experience, we currently support payments via Stripe and PayPal as our primary payment processors for the Web Version.

When you choose to pay via Stripe, your payment information (including card details, billing address, and transaction data) is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates in accordance with Stripe's services agreement and privacy policy. Stripe may use your information to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, provide dispute resolution, and comply with financial regulations. We do not store your full Primary Account Number (PAN), CVV, or card expiration date on our systems. When you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout environment. Your payment information (including PayPal account credentials, card details stored with PayPal, or other payment methods linked to your PayPal account) is collected and processed directly by PayPal, Inc. and its affiliates in accordance with the PayPal User Agreement and Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your PayPal password, full financial account numbers, or sensitive login credentials. PayPal may use your information to authenticate your identity, process the transaction, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and comply with applicable financial regulations.
By selecting PayPal as your payment method, you authorize us to request the agreed-upon transaction amount from your chosen PayPal funding source. For more information about how PayPal handles your data, please review the PayPal Privacy Statement and PayPal User Agreement.
PayPal may present additional terms and consents at checkout. Any recurring subscription payments processed via PayPal will be governed by the PayPal Automatic Payment (Reference Transaction) terms, and you may cancel the billing agreement at any time through your PayPal account settings.
By completing a payment through Stripe or PayPal on the Web Version, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method you have selected. You also agree that:
If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred using your payment method, you should immediately contact both us and the Payment Processor (Stripe or PayPal). We will cooperate with the Payment Processor to investigate and resolve valid claims in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Certain features of the Service may require subscriptions or one-time payments. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, available features, and payment methods are defined within the Web Version. Web subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Unless otherwise required by applicable law: subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing cycle begins; partial billing periods are not refundable; Users are responsible for managing subscription cancellations before renewal dates.
Web Version payments processed through Stripe or PayPal may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis subject to applicable laws and internal policies. Unauthorized chargebacks, PayPal disputes, or payment reversals may lead to suspension of your account and the loss of access to paid features. The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to paid services in cases involving fraudulent transactions, abuse, or payment chargebacks.
Users agree not to: use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities; generate harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive content; impersonate individuals or organizations; upload malware, malicious code, or harmful software; attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service; use automated systems to abuse the platform; violate intellectual property rights or privacy rights. The Owner reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report unlawful activity to competent authorities where appropriate.
The Services include AI-powered features that allow users to generate, edit, and create music, lyrics, and other content. You are solely responsible for the prompts, lyrics, inputs, and your use of any AI-generated content.
You agree not to use the Services to create, request, upload, generate, or share any content that violates these Terms, safety rules, applicable law, or platform policies. Prohibited content includes:
We use automated systems, safety classifiers, AI-based moderation, human review, and user reports to detect prohibited content. If detected, we may block prompts, uploads, or generation requests before they are processed or displayed.
The Services include in-app reporting features that allow users to report offensive, unsafe, or policy-violating AI-generated content. We review such reports to improve content filtering and enforcement.
If any User Content or AI-Generated Content violates these Terms, we may restrict, disable, remove, or refuse to display such content. Violating content will no longer be available for normal use (view, download, share, edit, or export).
We may take enforcement actions including: warning, blocking prompts, deleting violating content, restricting access to features, temporarily suspending generation tasks, placing account under manual review, suspending or terminating the account, or permanently banning repeat offenders.
We record policy violation events to identify repeat offenders. For users who have violated safety rules but whose accounts remain active, their future requests may be subject to stricter safety checks, enhanced moderation, or manual review.
If an account is not suspended or terminated, users may continue to use valid purchased subscriptions or credits. However, if safety rules are violated, future generation requests may face stricter controls. If an account is terminated due to severe or repeated violations, all remaining credits, subscriptions, and associated content will be forfeited, except as required by law.
Immediate enforcement without prior warning applies to: child safety risks, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexual material, severe violence, hate speech, or attempts to evade moderation. Such cases may lead to permanent ban and legal reporting.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that content or account activity violates these Terms or safety rules, we may remove content, restrict access, terminate accounts, and take any necessary action to protect users and platform integrity.
To comply with applicable guidelines from Google (including Google Play Store policies) and Apple App Store (iOS) regarding account data and user-generated content retention, Muvio Web adopts the following data storage and deletion rule:
This 30-day retention policy aligns with the data deletion expectations set by Google Play Store��s ��Data Deletion�� requirement (requiring developers to allow users to delete their account and data within a reasonable timeframe) and Apple��s App Store Guidelines regarding account deletion (which mandate offering account deletion within the app and a clear retention period). The Owner ensures that any User who wishes to delete their account or specific data can do so via the account settings, and residual data will be erased within 30 days of the deletion request, except where retention is strictly required for legal or legitimate security purposes.

The Service may contain integrations, advertisements, or links to third-party websites and services. The Owner does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, products, services, or policies.
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or violation of these Terms. Users may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel subscriptions through the platform used for purchase.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, reliability, and accuracy. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that generated content will meet Users' expectations or legal requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This includes damages relating to: loss of revenue or profits; loss of business opportunities; loss of data or generated content; service interruptions; unauthorized access or security breaches; errors or inaccuracies in generated outputs. In no event shall the total liability of the Owner exceed the amount paid by the User during the preceding 12 months.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from: User content; User violations of these Terms; violation of laws or third-party rights; commercial use of generated content; unauthorized or unlawful activities connected to the Service.
Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy of the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TUNESPHERE SG PTE. LTD. is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In accordance with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU/UK/EEA, or the 7-day cooling-off period in regions like South Korea and Taiwan), you expressly consent that the delivery of digital content (including one-time purchases, virtual tokens, or generated features) begins immediately upon complete payment. You acknowledge and agree that by consenting to immediate performance, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal or order cancellation.
